We booked ticket from Air New Zealand own website. After compared with other airlines and agencys, we found out that the price on the Air New Zealand website was the cheapest we could get. It turned out that the service was the best one could have in the world.
We travled with our baby, the Airline company allows passengers take foldaway stroller on board. It is very handy that take a stroller with you. It is not just for parents sake, baby also benefit from it great deal. Our stroller is the one from birth, so baby can lie down when sleepy. Infant has their own luggage weight limit 20 KG, so you don’t have to worry about over weight because of the stroller.
Staff on the plane were very helpful and friendly. My baby was teething and had high temperature, I had to ask staff give me ice bag to cool down the baby, staff was kind and helpful.
Food served on board were not bad at all. Besides, they provided tasty wine alone with food.
There were no delay at all.
Our flights were return journey from London -Hongkong, Hongkong -London.
