My sincere advise is never choose air odisha to travel because it is one of the worst airlines. I believe it is an organized SCAM where they Target people who are on tight schedule and don’t have time to follow up later on their refunds or even file a complain.
First of all their website won’t work most of the time and when it works you can see it under maintenance. I have book my ticket on 6 March for the date 20 March but they inform me on 19 that my flight is been cancelled, and now they will refund my money.
Then I have to take train for my journey, which is very uncomfortable.
On 21 when I checked my account for refunded money but there is no refund made.
I call to there customer service and ask them for my money but they did not answer me on my refund money.
I try to complain on their website but it is not working.
I suggest not to book this airline.
