The airline provides boarding passes for the entire journey in this day and age but again I was told I have to get one at GUJRAT from the jet desk there. How strange I went across to the UP desk and they gave me a boarding pass. The aircrafts are dirty inside require a good deep clean staff are always short of soft drinks . The airline needs to start the training of staff in customer service .may need some more reliability
