I used vodaphone for more that three years, then I got my dual sim phone, keeping vodaphone I took another telecom connection which is aircel.
Before buying, they were extremly good, but after using it some days, I suffered a lot. The phone is unreachable at various places, and it deducted a lot of money which was, a bulshit. Calling to the customer care half of the time they did not respond. So I think, one should never switch on to aircel, or just think about it.
