I am from Hyderabad, myself is vamshidhar and I have been using the aircel sim from 6 months. I was attracted by its offers and bought it.
But now I’m experiencing the worst network that I have ever seen. It doesn’t have proper network in the city and it ties up with other networks like reliance etc even in the city.making the users unable to access to the internet. Even when the network is shown I am unable to use the internet properly. They will be deducing the balance without any reasons. I have addressed this issue to the aircel customer care executives, but they did not respond till date.
Even the aircel stores are less and supportive.
