I’m from Kolkata, West Bengal, & I have a Aircel SIM card & I use it at my home only, because the rate cutter, voice plans are good of Aircel, but I don’t like it outside of my home! And I think people use mobile for talking as well as internet, & the biggest thing is that we use it to contact someone when we need to call someone outside of our house & need connectivity of internet outside of our house, but Aircel is a big failure to support customer in ouside area or when you’re roaming, & their customer service team is just umbearable, if you call them they will seem like terrible, & they also cut your balance without any cause, so I would not recommend Aircel to anyone, if you’ve Aircel I would recommend you to port out from Aircel, I’m also porting out now!
