I took aircel jodi pack to talk to my mom and dad, I bought a new mobile for just aircel but the pitiest thing is that when ever I call my other jodi number it says "Number doesn’t Exist" or "network error" etc. For talking to my mom for 2 minutes I need to spend atleast 10 mins keep on dialing the number.
I think the company reduces the priority of the call which is charged less. I called up customer care and after two months I heared almost from all my friends and surroundings aircel has a very poor connectivity with not only jodi numbers but also with other numbers.
Aircel has to improve else we will go to some other operator who improves.
