Once upon a time I was a customer of this worst ever mobile operator.More than over 5 years I used the service in compulsion.In the area where I lives now a days 24 hours no network available and catches other companies network in place of Aircel.Network is not so enough strong.Where the todays india using 4g technology and the 5g is on the way but Aircel is still in 3g old days.They don’t even upgrade them to 4g till date.Average data speed is 300kbps and max 600kbps.Customer support and service is very very bad.Many a times I asked for help but all the time they did not give responsive solution at all.Automatically without my permission they activated paid services like caller tunes, missed call alert etc. and deduced money from account.Even by complaining they did not refund my money.All the recharges and packs are very much high costs(different states it varies).Very bad mobile operator.
