Reducing Packages Day By Day

I am using my Aircel network from last 2 years . I have port my no from IDEA network because that time Aircel give me good offer with good call rate, internet pack . But, now day by day it is going bad .

It remove all good packages . Earlier they have a package of worth 61/- for call rate cutter of validity 180 days . Then they reduce the validity of 90 days . Then again they reduce validity of 70 days . They increase the rate cutter from 1p/2sec to 1.2p/sec . Earlier they have a internet pack of worth 148/-  for 30 days with 2 GB high speed 3G & unlimited 2G . Then they reduce speed, validity & data continuously . Then reduce as 2GB to 1.8GB to 1.5GB to 1.25GB to 1GB . Validity of 30 days to 28 days . Unlimited 2G not giving . Previously when I use this unlimited 2G, first 100 MB was good . But, after that, it didn’t work that mean no page is open even whatsapp or facebook messenger not working as it was too low speed . Then don’t have a good package of Aircel to Aircel call or night pack .

Network of Aircel was lower to average quality . Only in town side I got their network . They don’t provide me a single network in rural area . Even in some town side I don’t get their 3G network . As a result, when I tour in rural area, I  full helpless as I don’t contact any one due to no signal .

Customer service team also bad . Sometime, they wrongly deduct my balance of worth 25/- . When I made call to their customer service, they roughly behave with me & said they can’t refund my balance .  They don’t have a option to contact their customer care team via online chat . Where Docomo, Vodafone has this option . I request to Aircel if they launch this option it will be more helpful for users .

Sometime, I see that automatically signal of my Aircel network has been off . Then I need to restart my device to get signal .

So, above my experience I say that Aircel not a good network . They don’t have good packages & customer service . I request to Aircel please improve your network, otherwise your users get too much problem in rural area . Now, I decided that if I found a good network I will port my sim . Till Aircel don’t improve their service, I don’t recommend it to anyone .
