I have 3 aircel sim cards in my family. 5 months ago the nwtwork quality of aircel is good and I am able to use 3g also but now the network is really weak and I can’t even use 2g network.
I also complaint serval times to the customer care but they always forword a complaint and my problem never solved. Voice call quality is also very bad . If I have to call someone so I need to go on the roof then I found the network. I belong from anand nagar ( talab tillo) jammu. And my area is a high profile area but still aircel cheating with their customers!
