I bought Aircel sim 1 month ago. I have got good offers including calling and internet offer but when I started using then I found that in most of the areas in the city also. The network is very poor so you have to roam here and there to find a stable network.
As far as rates are concerned, rates are low as compared to other operators and 3g internet is also good if you find a good network anywhere. Nevertheless the network is bad so you cannot afford to use this sim.
