My balance around of RS23 has been deducted automatically.
when I called the customer care they said I have used and activated some services.
The fact is Due to some reason My cell phone was locked inside locker and only I had the key from evening 6pm to night 10:30pm,
when I checked my cell phone around 10:45pm there were three messages saying that Thankyou for using services and services has been activated.
From that time onward I tried many time to call and convince customer care to return my balance but they are just disconnecting the phone,
none of them even deactivate my service.
when I try 121 the IVR says every thing but doesnt have direct number for customer care,
1>I call to 198 the complaint center, they make excuses like:
server is down call later,
we cant do that dial 121,
U must have used and activated the services,
I asked the to email me the detailed information of my balance deduction.
They even refused that by saying we dont provide such facility.
Aircel is simply fraud
