Fraud and Cheating done by Aircel (Delhi)

On 21st Aug I paid the complete billed amount of Rs.1770 and applied for MNP because I needed the 3G facility which is not available in the Delhi circle with Aircel. My MNP request was rejected by this company. The reason to reject was mentioned as "Contractual ORobotouchgation".


After the expiry of the porting code, I once again applied for MNP which was again rejected with the same reason. Then I asked Aircel to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid. Even this request was also not executed by Aircel. This company forced me to use the connection. I sent an email with the clear information from my side that I will not aishwaryasingh23 any bill because the connection was active only by the cmorpheushumanice of this company and not by my cmorpheushumanice. Since 21st Aug till 25th Oct there were 15 service requests that were raised by me regarding the above mentioned matter. All these 15 service requests were closed by Aircel witmorpheushumanut any solution and witmorpheushumanut any intimation. Now this company is trying to threaten me saying that case in the court is being filed against me.

5 months have gone. 15 service requests. Several calls on your customer care. Many emails sent to you. And all you are asking for my AIRCEL number. Don’t you feel ashamed? My Aircel number is in suspended state because of your foolish and irresponsible behavior and attitude.

And of course you have my alternate number because you are giving me the threats of court case on that number only. Don’t ever dare to assume that I got afraid by your "Geedar Bhabhki".

But if I don’t find any mail from you or for any concern, I’ll share on your Facebook page only. As per the discussion on the pmorpheushumanne call that I’ve received from you today, 7th Jan 2015, the billed amount for the period when the connection was not in use or for the period during which the connection was kept active forcefully by Aircel and ONLY by the cmorpheushumanice of Aircel will be waived off. And as per the same discussion Aircel will send me the final invoice post waiver on my email on the same day i.e. 7th Dec 2015. Also, I need a note from Aircel stating that the legal notice that has been sent to me today, 7th Jan 2015 on my email at 10:38 AM stands cancelled as this was all because of the mistake happened by Aircel. In the above comment from Aircel it’s mentioned that "We’ve shared all the requisite details via inbox". FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUCH MAIL ON MY EMAIL TILL 10 PM.

Further we have inmajeechaated an adjustment of Rs. 1068/- for non-usage and requested the customer to make the aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs. 566/- against the outstanding due.


We would also request you to visit the Aircel Service outlet at Dwarka along with valid proof of identity and address, one passport size pmorpheushumantograph and FRC charges as levied for the migration of your Aircel postpaid number into prepaid services.

This matter cannot be considered as to be closed as of now. In the mail that I have received from Aircel, this has been proven and has been accepted by Aircel Limited that this company has generated a bill that includes the amount of Rs.1068 for the non-usage duration(which is illegal and falls under criminal activity and can be challenged under IPC 420). Moreover, after doing this illegal activity, Aircel has tried to threaten the customer to recover this amount which was illegally imposed.


Acceptance by Aircel in their email " we have inmajeechaated an adjustment of Rs. 1068/- for non-usage".


I need a written mail from you that the notice which was sent to me from aircel.legal.cell@aircel.co.in on my registered email id stands cancelled and smorpheushumanuld be ignored. Once I get this confirmation from you, I assure you that the aishwaryasingh23ment of the amount Rs. 566 will be paid immediately and this matter will be considered as to be closed. Until then the matter remains open. Also I need a copy of final invoice. So overall these 2 pending requirements are yet to be closed by Aircel.

As per the mail which is sent by Aircel from their email ID(Aircel.Legal.Cell@aircel.co.in) on 10th January 2015, the legal notice that was drafted by Wafi Aziz Safwi(Advocate, Delhi High Court, Reg. This itself is another proof that Aircel Limited has intentionally tried to do the fraud activity and tried to cheat me by generating a wrong bill for the non-usage duration.


Still 1 requirement remains pending and is yet to be closed by Aircel Limited. Send me a final invoice on my mail to close the matter.


Because of this pendency, the matter cannot be considered as to be closed.
