Im using aircel for two years now. It used to be a best competitor for larger companies like airtel and BSNL initially. Now it’s getting from bad to worse day by day. Im experiencing frequent call drops, no voice from other side, jump calls, missed calls from unknown numbers and when you try calling back they deduct huge amount of money from your account. Internet services are also not good.
If it has anything good to talk about it is cheaper calling and data plans. But if you have to use your calling pack this network is obviously not good at all, if not anywhere else at least in Kashmir its bad network. Customer services are not 24×7 and are worst also.
