Pathetic services and network connectivity. Don’t really know why this company is operating if it is unable to provide the services that is expected from it. Worst network connectivity in the Capital of the country- Delhi. The network does not connect even after repeated tries and call drops time and again. It has been heard that the company is being taken over by Reliance. The customer care centers do not seem to have the solution to any of the problem. On repeated complaints I have received the answer that the problem cannot be resolved and they cannot even tell how long the problem is going to remain.
