I have a aircel prepaid number & I want to share my bad experience of that. I am using aircel services about 6 months from now.
First of all I will say when I started using aircel i. e. I bought sim I got it in Rs 130 & I got the top up of Rs72 & cheap call rates just for two months only means my balance of Rs 72 is also for just two months I haven’t used it they nullifyed it within two months. This is not OK I have used other mobile operators also there plans are good, they have given this balance for validity of the sim.
Secondly I have recharged there Internet which I will say is also very bad, there is no 4g. 3g is there which runs @ speed of 2g only. Very very slow Internet, unable to surf. Pathetic service in case of Internet. I will say plans are cheap but speed is slow also it’s not 4g in my region.
Thirdly I have used there app it’s OK not so good like other operators I didn’t liked it very much. Customers care services is also OK.
Overall I wanna say I won’t recommend anyone to use aircel services especially for Internet I know it’s cheap but what will we do if it doesn’t work. For calling purpose my experience is good that’s OK. But overall it deserves 2 star /5star from my side.
