Wrost network ever,,.. And service also

Today I feel really very bad  because of Aircel and their stupid customer care service. I use Aircel more then 2 years, and  I was  like it, but these days Aircel service are too bad, world worst network, . Lots of time I’m dissapoinded with it, I don’t know Aircel company and their service make me sad  day by  day, because they deduct my balance many  times. 7 to  13  of Feb.i recharged 21rs, again 21rs  and then today 32rs. How can  I tolerate this type of stupidity,

This is my tariff which  I recharged every month because I like this plan, but if  suddenly company  changed the plan and it’s plan converted to  30p per minute. I don’t like this plan according to previous plan, . I called customer care they Says because of some technical issue ur pack showing 30p after  48 hours ur plan will bhi  rectified ND change into  1.2p per 2 second. But plan not changed. I again  recharge with  21rs  but again  30p  minute taarif activate,


And after ward 11feb 6: 29pm I Calle customer care and ask about new local offer they send me detail about this plan of  62rs.

I like this pack. And today  I called to  customer care  they  says me  62rs  plan  is  invalid. Wht  can  I do, every customer care  says another thing, and after some minute they say  u can  check  your best offers with  your phone. I called  to  * 121#.and select my  best  offer. Then  second no. Written 32rs 30p local calls for  90days. I click the 2 button for knowing about this pack. But automatically pack activate. What is this, every company says customer satisfaction is most important but you make me again and  again  fool,


Now it’s  enough, if  you  really want  to  give me a favour, . Refund my  all  balance, and deactivated my  all  plan  which  is  activated right now., otherwise deactivated my sim, I’ll  purchase another company  sim, which service are best.
