Very bad service

The network coverage is not so good in rural area even now, call drop problem is frequently seen.


There is unnecessary deduction in balance due to automatic activation of service and fund is not returned back like other operator.


The customer service is not so active, they are not well trained to solve the issue quickly .


The call and sms charge is high every time through out year, the tariff rate is also high.
