Aircel services in mumbai in some places network issues. I am using aircel for past 4 years. previosuly they had good scheme but now old plans are scrapped specially rate cutter of 77 rupess was boon for most of the customers. Customer Services are not upto the mark. They always deduct unnecessary charges without any
reasons like this service activated and all. I use prepaid connection. the schemes must be updated accordingly
