I am using a 3g mobile of galaxy grand prime and itbis a dual sim and I use aircel sim as my data network sim to play online games downloading browsing in social networks. The speed of the internet is 4mbps download and .5mbps upload at morning and at night the download speed is 1mbps download and .2mbps download . I tested it in ookla app.
The speed decreases at the range of 6pm-1am.
