I used Aircel network for about 2 months and the I experience I had with network is not so good. They offers extremely low rate plans .
But the thing is they don’t provide quality their are call drops, network issues I had very experience with voice calls .
Lets talk of internet connection they provide, it sometimes provide very good speeds in some areas but mostly when you need, it doesn’t works which is quite frustrating.
When you call customer support they make excuses it will take a day or two but nothing happens actually.The customer support is very bad they don’t provide relevant answers.
*Sometimes they cut your balance for no reason when you complain about that they say you had downloaded a game which is the reason for balance cut. *
