I am still one of the big fan of aircel till 2015.After 2015 I am very sad with aircel service because maximum time I cant find network.i have 4 sim in my home but all are facing same problem.
Aircel customer service is also very very bad in its hub and also in customer support.when I visit its hub in rourkela that time those are behave very bad talk very rudely.Same case in customer support by phone also not too good.
Its support service not in night so you cant reach in night when you need.
It have more and more exclusive offers but what the mean of offers if network is not available.
And yes after recharging a big amount maximum time those are deduct my balance and always showing me my faults.Also they are not refunding me.
