I am using this Aircel number
from more then 2 years. From the last 2 months, you have added
internet pack without my approval and started charging 98.00 INR
monthly. I had no idea why your people activated internet services on my number without my permission. I have never used your services.
I have made complaint on your customer care on 13 August. However the complaint closed without informing me.
I have used and also using currently some more services of different service providers but never had such bad experience.
