I have been using Aircel Sim for last three years and since then I have been facing the problem of poor signal. After trying 3/4 times then the call connects. No doubt there is a Aircel tower in my locality, but still the problem persists.
Internet sevice is also poor. There is no difference between 3G speed and 2G speed. Previously they charged high price for little data. But thank to Jio that led to the fall of price of all the operators.
If one call to customer care, he will get bored by not responding. And when they respond they will give you hundreds of excuses. Yes, sometimes they solve the problem. But it is very rare.
Another funny problem I face is that every at least 8/9times call comes for various offers. After complaining, It stopped for few days. But again after a month it starts again.
