I had too go roof top or outside to make call or receive .the customer care service is even worse, all uneducated person are dealing there, and making fun of customer problem.one computer generated voice always tell you a offer when ever you make a call, it will tell you about the offer then the call will connect, even a emergency situation.this is a some point of the long list.
