Very Worst customer support

Hi actually I bought a number which is somewhat fancy and having that for more than a year. Suddenly what happened sim card rejected, dont know why.As its a somewhat fancy number I dont want to loose it. So thought to call customer support.So I used my cousin aircel mobile to call them.But with the idiotic words I am unable to connect them.5times I tried so useless. So I searched in net and got one number(NOT A TOLLFREE), and called them from my postpaid number, i would like to share the conversation.

_GIRL    1_

Me: Hi I have this number:.It showing sim card rejected.I want that number again, what I have to do.

Girl:ok mam, can u tell me whats the problem.

Me:just now I told na, sim card rejected, whats the procedure to get this number again.

Girl: Go to the nearby outlet.u can get the number.

Me:how much I need to pay to get that number again.

Girl: They will tell u mam.

CALL DISCONNECTED.

Me: hello, just now I spoke with ur agent, y she disconnected the call.

Girl:Sorry for the inconvenience mam.tell me the issue.

Me: See u also dnt disconnect the call okay, because it is not a tollfree number and paying Rs.1/call.

Girl: okay mam, tell me the issue.(nothing apologized here)

Me:(Told the issue), Atleast u tell me how much I need to pay.

Girl:Contact the nearby showroom, pay 129RS(i forgot exact amount).?U can get the num.

Me:why need to pay this much, other providers giving for less amount some giving free of cost.

Girl: no mam but here u need to pay.

Me:Need to submit any documents, where is the outlet, let me know the adrs.

Girl:yes mam

CALL DISCONNECTED

Me: hello whats the problem, r u thinking the custmrs are fool, y playing lik this, just now I spoke with    ur agents, both disconnected the call y they did like this, Y disconnected the call.

Girl: Mam u tell me the issue.

Me.Hello what I am saying na I have problem with ur agents okay.

Girl:(her voice tone shows she is vry tired) UPPHH, mam u tell me the issue mam.

Me: transfer the call to the senior executive, or floor manager, i am not interested to speak with u girls. Very careless people u are.

Girl: All r busy, u tell me the issue.

Me:(I became very anger) hello what is ur problem, Y cant u listen my words, instead y u wnt to know my problem when I say the problem, u wont take any step and will disconnect the call right.

Girl: will solve the problem mam, tell me the issue, (with the same tired voice)

Me:(I compromised myself, bcos I want my number, it will end with 724672 u know so I told my issue to her) BLA BLA BLA.

Girl:Need to pay Rs.129(i forgot exact amt).submit the proof, n she told me the outlet address.

Me: see I cant pay this much amt for dup sim.

Girl:no mam u have to pay this else us cant get this number.

Me: ok let me know when that number will be activated if I bought.

Girl: the persons in outlet will tell u mam.

_CALL DISCONNECTED_

I became very much anger, like to burst them, so I sent a mail to the nodal officer, i got a automated mail, n apologize for this. And they told they will solve the problem, let us know the issue.

(HA HA HA)Same thing, and I bought a new number in airtel again n I am not interested to get that number again. I sent him the same, and a Warning: Listen Sir, If u have agents like this very soon aircel need to close their network, take care of u CC atleast in future.
