I HAVE AIRCEL POSTPAID CONNECTION. WHICH I HAVE TAKEN 10 MONTHS BACK.
FROM LAST 10 MONTHS AM TRYING TO LOGIN MY ACCOUNT TO CHECK MY BILL AND TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING.
I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ALSO NOT ABLE TO REGISTER MY COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEMS ARE NOT WORKING. THEN I WENT TO NEAREST STORE TO REGISTER MY COMPLAIN. THEIR ALSO SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING.
THEN I COMPLAINT ON TWITTER MORE THAN 50 TIMES. BUT TILL NOW THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX THEIR WEBSITE SO THAT I CAN LOGIN MY ACCOUNT.
AIRCEL EMPLOYEES VIVEK AND PRAVESH NOW TELLING ME TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION BECAUSE THEY CANT FIX THEIR WEBSITE. THEY KEEP ON CHARGING LATE PAYMENT FEES BECAUSE I PAID THE PAYMENT LATE. THEIR SITE, CUSTOMER CARE, STORES ARE NOT WORKING. THEN HOW CUSTOMER WILL MAKE PAYMENT?
I LOVE AIRCEL PLAN AND AM HAPPY WITH PLAN. BUT BECZ OF WORST SERVICES NOW AM PLANNING TO SHIFT IT TO OTHER OPERATOR.
