Well the name is AIRCEL not AIRTEL.: P
Ill tell u the experience of mine with this operator for past 2 years. Its been a tough time really.
When this operator came took Rajasthan, I was super excited to have a sim atleast as it began offering great plans which were extraordinarily cheap and cool. For starting two three weeks I was very happy with it. Suddenly Aircel started showing its hidden cards by increasing its plan rates and decreasing its net speed simultaneously.
Since then it has been jeopardising people to the core by not offering suitable plans and requisite bandwidth. For instance, Opening up google.com would require atleat 40-50 seconds to load completely. Thats not at all acceptable taking in mind the price they are charging for packs.
Also here in Jaipur, Rajasthan there is immense problem of network coverage, at several places it is unable to conceive network leaving the customer in great agony.
Better go with BSNL or Reliance, atleast they provide 3G for internet and so does every operator in Jaipur except AIRCEL. which even has a inferior 2g network compared to others.
