5 years before I purchased the Aircel sim because its internet packs were very cheap.
In starting I liked Aircel very much for the offers like: Rs.25-1 gb and 500 sms for 15 days.etc.But as days passed its recharges going up and up, and my dislikeness to this service providers started.
Recently I recharged my mobile with rs249 to get unlimited 2G data for the next 28 days. On 26 june 2016 Im surfing the net as always for the two hours, but suddenly my total balance of rs42 deducted for surfing on the balance inspite of having internet pack. When I call to the customer care he ended my call saying that Im not able to fetch your details, call back after 4 hrs. I tried after 4hrs but they are not responding by saying thatAll our customer care executive are busy please try after some time". I tried for the next two days but it remain unresponsive. I found Aircel sevice providers giulty as they are not even listening to their customers.
