Hi friends, I am using Aircel for past five years.
Nowadays I am totally disappointed.
Without my knowledge some services are activated and they are taking amount in main balance. If I didn’t check my balance it will go daily. I have faced many times like this problem. Suppose I want to make emergency call . That time it won’t go. Then only I know balance gone.
To deactivate also they are charging. Its irritation. They are not providing any good offers. It’s waste of money and they are cheating us. So I plan to change to any other network. The customer service is not good. They won’t respond properly.
Nowadays I am not having balance high. I am keeping minimum balance also sometimes.
Network coverage is not good. If signal gone means again we have to wait to get a signal. Its not user friendly. So , I am not recommended others to buy. Thanks for reading my review.
