Worst Customer Service

I have been following with Aircel for a payment realisation for the past 15 days and still there is no confirmation. When you dial call centre they will say please mail us, then why do you have a call center to?


Mail support takes minimum 5 days to reply and that too an absurd reply. I attached my bank statement and they replied asking for the transaction details or the statement, I hope the executive have copy pasted the payment reply template as soon as they see it.


Later I copy pasted the online statement and sent it to them, they are asking for a written confirmation from the bank. Simple issues are dragged for nothing. Later I had made the payment again with another card and I am not sure whether they will adjust the additional payment in the next bill.


Atlast I have lot Rs.600 and unnecessary mental tension. I dont have a zero in customer service hence I have rated as 1. If I have negative figures, I will select -100.
