The event was the basisfor the 2016 film airlift starring akshay kumarr, who played a character inspired by the works of mathunny mathews, harbajan singh vedi and many other people of that time. Some historical facts were changed in the film.this incidnet was based on real fact which were hapened in 1990’s.so guys please go and watch this awesome movie
