I have cancelled the ticket on 11th feb 09 and still have not received the refund Everytime I have to waste hours to find out with your pathetic customer service reps who cant even pull out the information Last time when I spoke to Varun Kapoor and the reference number which was given to me about the refund was 242170.
Please refund the amount with the interest which I am paying to my bank or else I would go to the consumer court and media. Kingfisher Airlines and yatra online are the biggest cheaters of all. I use to think that yatra and kingfisher are the best. But it happene many times that I was cheated by both of them. I even wrote an email to Mr Malia and what he wrote was amazing. Everything happened only because the situation was such. and I should consider kingfisher in future for better services.
