I am using airline broadband at both place home as well as in office . My plan is of 7500 rs which provide me 25 Mbps up to 50 GB and speed reduces to 1Mbps and validity of this plan is for 19 month.
I am using this broadband for atleast 3 month in navsari and I don’t have any complain about it .
It service is good , even if the electricity goes then also the net works . The speed they promise that doesn’t reach to mark means they provide average speed about 20 Mbps and upload also.
They call us in advance if they are repairing or finding fault in lines so that we can complete our work In advance .
So I would say that customer service is excellent .
