I have taken courier service from this company . There are set of document which containing some documents which i need to submit in my office. The courier bookin has done on 12th Nov, 2014 in Alwar[Rajasthan], which has reached Pune main branch on 16-17th they have referred it to PIMPRI branch to deliver in Hinjewadi.
When it was already 2 days and their online portal was showing out for delivery i contacted them for delivery , they start shouting on me and said , they deliver only on Friday in Hinjewadi. A courier which has travelled around 1400 km in 3-4 days need to wait to travel next 3-4 days for 14-15 km only. Today[its friday] when i tried to contact PIMPRI branch the person on phone told me someone will come after 5 , i said my office will be close by 5 . Then he said it his kindness that they are doing delivery of packet otherwise they can mark it no service and return the courier.
Do I need to live on the mercy of the courier company. Should not it be taken as serious offence of service . They are very sure that i can not do anything and need to pray them to deliver my document.
