I have been using AirTel services several years, but for a couple of months their services seems so erratic!
Though your phone is 4G, you still get 3G connectivity need to escalate the issue to activate 4G even if you have 4G SIM!
Recharging: Often recharge fails or getting incorrect reminder. I recharged for 199 on Feb 15 and getting message the plan will expire on Feb 17 however MyAirtel app shows I have 27 left!
Customer Support: Airtel customer support is very very slow compare to Vodafone where you can live chat with an agent to quickly resolve issue.
I am planning to switch to another provider if the issues are continuing!
