I live within 3 kms in range from the HYD Airtel headoffice. And I recently switched to a new set to experience 4G, and I observed at my home it takes approx about 10 mins to download 30kb file, isnt it ridiculous for a 4G network for the advert tha they are publishing in television adn their hordings on the roads, etc.
I raised a service request about this, giving a benefit of doubt that there may be some problem with my location, and suprising part is they closed it saying "We hope your issue is resolved", actually there is noone who looked into it, and they never confirmed anything about my issue.didnt expect this service from AIRTEL after 14 years of continued customer with them.
Just because AIRTEL is the only largest service provider network in AP(andhra+Telengana), doesnt mean they loot people like this. 4G doesnt deserve a single start also in HYD.
