The brand Airtel never fulfill it’s brand value, due to it’s bad network and call dropping scenario. The Airtel provide one of most cheapest plan at present point of time but may / may not change I future.
Talking about network of Airtel it ruins customer mind because of constant call drops and slow internet.
The customer support system of is very bad, the company never bother about customer’s complaint.
Overall I would rate Airtel 2/5 for there bad network and worse customer support.
