It’s one of the worst network we have in India. Airtel is becoming money oriented company like Aircel. The plans and traffic they have is not good for the customer and there are other networks providing the same for least money. Also the customer service is not good, they have outsourced the project with some local companies and their agents are very rude and sometimes they’ll hung up your call without any reason. I’m long time customer of Airtel and I’ll be getting unknown charges most of the time, while using the internet and when I contact them, they’ll say it’s my fault and I activated paid service which is not done by me. Also the internet speed is very low and they’ll simply say it’s 4g which is not true. Airtel needs to slash the rate and needs to work out with the customer service team, otherwise they’ll start losing business.
