Airtel, as this company claims that they are the fastest internet provider in the country is just like a kid of 5 years says that I drive car and I got a license.Means completly lie.This company is the worst internet provider.I live in chandigarh and I used airtel for almost 5 years.I got no problem with airtel for a long time but from the past 6 to 7 months I have experiemced a lot of trouble due the the service of airtel.The internet speed is just like nil.I cant even see instagram stories in my phone with airtel connection.Whope.day I was just switching on and off my airplane mode to use the internet.Then I visited airtel office they suggested me to buy a 4g hotspot and convert my connection in postpaid.As postpaid users get better speed and 4g hotspot will contain a high speed data sim.I agree and watse my money on these things and got stuck in airtel for more 3 months as I cannat change or port my sim for 3 months.The speed was same that is nothing in the phome or from the 4g hotspot.I completely disappointed with the airtel service and port my connection into idea.Idea provied good speed and with idea I am not facing any kind of problem.
