I have used Airetel 4G hot spot for a few months .Service being below par had opted to terminate the connection last month .
Settled my final bill and informed the companys appellate department to terminate or close the connection .More than a month -have been
following up for the confirmation.Cannot speak to any one in the company because. Number 121 listed as help line never worksNumber 198 listed as alternate number is actually BSNL complaint number
Other numbers listed are only advising once again to contact 121 or 198

Now the company sends another one month bill .
Surprised and irritated how one of Indias supposedly leading company can tre.
at customers like this .
