Provider: Airtel 4G LTE with hotspot for hardly 2 months
Plan: 15mbps? /12GB
Device: Rs2000
Fee: Rs1299+Tax
Plans: very suspicious on showing you real usage.
Support: you will end up calling them every 4 days.
Service: Pathetic. I used to get 1.9MBPS download and .2MBPS Upload speeds.
it automatically drops to 3G and later to 2G depending on 4G usage in your area by oter subscribers.
I had 3G connection for 4 days( after complaining) and when asked about corresponding reduction in my bill because they could not provide 4G as promised, I was asked to’fight for it after the bill is generated’
They only will ask for resetting the device and making you do some configurations( 4G only setting)
But speeds never improved.
After disconnection device worth 2k is worthless, they wont take it back. Bech Do.
(Also I noticed as soon as BBNL pastes its A4 size stickers in the road, Airtel removes them and pastes theirs, now I know why I did not notice BBNL in my area)
