My Airtel 4G dongle(7387003230) is showing Not Registered and no service. I am getting intermittent connection and again it shows not registered. In network manual search I can find a 4G tower 40490. I live near Amanora Mall in Pune.
Tried to call up customer care number 1800 1030405 but lines are always busy. Their website links for’ Need help’ and’ Contact Us’ doesn’t work.
Worst customer service. They will send the bill, even if I am unable to use the service. All my dues have been cleared on time, still this kind of harassment is unwanted. Pathetic service. They will come to you only when you want a new connection. After that the service and customer care is worst.
