I recently subscribed for airtel 4g Ltd but I felt it’s not worth paying money it’s just a waste of money. Reason why I choose to use 4g is I thought I would get better speed and better features in 4g but it’s really not.airtel is cheating there customers in the name of 4g giving 3g speed and service and it’s kind of bogus. I used this service for about 3 weeks but I felt no extra features other than the speed and it’s kind no use for me and I switched back to 3g services and the network service I get is the worst and it won’t catch up inside my house sometimes.
Other thing is that the customer service is very bad. When I was getting slow speed I tried to contact the technical support department by dialing 121 but the IVR options are very tuff to get in touch with the service representative though I connected to him after waiting in the line for about 20 minutes he disdain this is the speed we are provided to the customer and we are still working on it to get the good features in service. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my family and friends rather go for 3 g service.
