Speed is extremely poor in chandigarh . Moreover no after sale service.
I went onsite and disconnected the connection . After coming back they are not giving me new SIM, saying I have to buy the router again.

I have approached airtel sale office Infosys Chandigarh for buying 4G Wifi Router and SIM.
They have sold the Wifi Router but not activating the connection.
They are saying I have to buy the Router again .
Kindly check whey they are only interested in selling Router not the service and thereby causing loss to Airtel.
