Airtel 4G LTE in one of the worst 4G network in asansol I’m also a user of Airtel 4G LTE network.
It is my personal experience about Airtel network I am using from 1 year and it is really worst 4G network ever
I have a 4G hand set and I was purchase airtel 4G sim on that time .but I am not really satisfied with the service of Airtel due to several reason
The internet speed of Airtel is worst because airtel say that it is biggest 4G network but it is really false .
Because most of the time it connected with 2G or 3G network some time it will connect with 4G .
The speed of the 2G and 3G network is too bad I am not able to open a single page.
One of the biggest problem is that the signel strength of 4G network in airtel is not good because I have connected with 2G or 3G network .
Call rate is quite good .
Customer care service is also worst because they are never solve the problem of the coustmer they Alway say that from now you don’t have any problem we solve it but that make us fool they doing nothing for the coustmer . The speed is too slow it not a 4G network I am just wasting my money in airtel .and I am not enjoying the airtel service .I really hate this.network.
