I am using Airtel very long time ago( around 2-3 years) .i don’t use other oprator services. past I love airtel but as of now last 1-2month I notice that my internet was too slow ping was too much around 300+ ms and more. and download and upload speed was not good. before airtel gives me better speed and better network but now airtel gives slow speed and poor conictivity. Airtel’s packege was too costly compare to other provider( like Jio.so cheap plan available) .
As of now everything was digital and latest but airtel was oldest they are now don’t give us voLTE. so thats why we don’t take HD calling feature.I hope in future Airtel Launch voLTE soon.
Airtel Customer care exticutive are not accurated they give me the wrong information when I talk to their senior then the senior told me the truth of any information.Junior are not much know.I hope this issue was solved by Airtel as soon as possible.
