Poor customer services and overbilling

I have 4g connection, definitely connectivity issues. Airtel changef my plan and started charging double the amount. I paid thinking some payment may be missed. Now when I ask for adjustment just makingvexcuses and executives of airtel are blaming me that I dont want to pay the money, which I have already paid in advance. Really bad attitude of airtel executives. And no coordination among them. Daily getting calls for same story.

Think many times before opting. I am happy with others 3G but no to airtel.
