I have been using Airtel for a long time but never got the help and support I expected. Its getting worse as the digital system goes on as I think. Not always solution comes out with auto computerized options. The process of discussion with the customer executive is very long and time taking, even after holding the line for a long time, you have to hear repeatedly "Our customer executive is busy on another call" and then the line is cut off automatically.

Altogether seeking help & Support from Airtel is nothing but a waste of time
