I am using Airtel 4G Dongle for the last 6 Months. Every time if I check the upload speed will show as 0.00kbps and Download Speed 0.00 Kbps. Then I call Customer Care, they say there is a problem from our side in next one hour it will get rectified then the next day is the same.
If we ask seriously are you going to resolve this issue then they will disconnect the call. In this last 6 Months time I would have called them more than 100 times you can imagine the kind of service they are providing.
Simply they are worst than 2G services provided by others. I am not sure how they are leading the Indian Market. And the staff’s response is also very worst they feel that we don’t have any other option so that we are using their network. Really pathetic.
Even for writing this review itself it is taking 15 mins to open this site by this you can imagine how fast is the Airtel 4G.The sales guys will simply comes to our office promises for marketing and says this network is faster better than that and this. But don’t believe them and buy this product.
To Open Gmail itself it will take minimum 10 mins. Don’t take this 4G so called but it is not even equivalent to 2G. Worst service provider in India.
